If i buy a file i believe that it is mine, and that not government or entity should tell me what i can or can not do with it. I feel that if someone is going to tell you what you can or cant do with something they should not charge for it because its still in there possession. No other type of company's get away with this im not sure how the internet world does. Can you imagine if the auto industry.. or real estate worked in this manner? That means you would be forced to by a new house and car every time and they would be no such thing has used cars or houses. Which means that least %50 of people would not have a car or home because they cant afford a new one. Not to mention you can buy used cars and houses and anything else... and these companies still sell billions in new products each yea.. so whats the point of this law? I also dont see how they thing that warez takes away from them People come here because they dont have the money to buy a item so they would never spend the money anyways so they are not loosing any customers, but yet i go buy items that i normaly never would because a user wants them so in fact they are getting a customer they would normaly never have. Its like all the movie stars and music stars saying that sharing was taken there money and they wasn't making as much money now. When is the last time you ever heard of any movie or music star having to give up there 15 million dollar house or sell one of their 20 cars because of file sharing? Infact every time you hear about them they are buying a bigger house to shove all the kids they just bought into. Why o why have we went down like this? why have we let this law pass and still stand? This site is not Piracy! Piracy is taking whats not yours, and using it to feed your greedy ego. This site is about us taken whats ours, the items we have purchased with our money, and sharing it with our fellow people who cant afford it. This site does not violate Copyright! Not sure how they got this in the law either but it does stand that when you share a file you paid for your violating copyrights. Violating copyrights is if i get a file, place my name on it and say its mine and i made it and then resell it or give it away as being the creator of this file... Does this site do this? not a chance.
